Artist's Comments
Thamserku (21,806 ft) towers over the boreal forests of Nepal. Although Nepal is not technically a kingdom anymore, the Himalayan scenery along the trek to Everest Basecamp feels medieval. The peaks are more majestic than your wildest expectations and the friendly villages and cliffside monasteries feel like were dropped there straight out of a storybook. Nepal is that rare place that makes you feel like you are stepping back in time to a simpler era.
